CLERICAL ASSOCIATE TPT A
Clerical Associate - One (1) Temporary Part Time A
Approximately 12 months or until the incumbent returns
Diagnostic Imaging - Etobicoke General Hospital
HOURS: Currently, Evenings 8 hour shifts
(Subject to change in accordance with the operational and department requirements)
" Knowledge of Registration of patients required
" Knowledge of the Film Library
" Knowledge of MSM bookings required
" Medical Terminology course/certificate required
" Knowledge of RIS an asset
" Knowledge of Dataworks - transcription system
" Reception experience required
" Knowledge of Diagnostic Imaging procedures an asset
" Excellent organizational, interpersonal and excellent telephone skills required
" Excellent attendance, punctuality and work record
" May be required to travel between and work at all hospital campuses
" Other duties as assigned
Responsibilities include faxing and e-mailing urgent DI reports, arranging patient transport, booking Diagnostic Imaging procedures, documenting inpatient order entries for Service coordinator, printing DI booking schedules and distribute, telephone, reception, filing, general film library duties and other clerical duties as assigned.
Minimum: 19.85 per hour
Maximum: 21.53 per hour
